We are seeking an experienced IT and OT Project Manager to oversee our organization's technology projects. As the IT and OT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with both IT and Operations Technology (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both IT and OT systems, excellent communication skills, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure project objectives are aligned.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within budget and timeline.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on IT and OT systems to project team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Continuously monitor and improve project processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management and/or OT project management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems and their integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
