The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and implementation of new features in healthcare products. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
• Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.
• Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.

• Experience gained as a business or data analyst or similar role capturing requirements and developing and visualizing insights based on data
• Stakeholder management with respect to scoping and requirements management
• Understands data structures and can query and compare data to validate against technical solution and business rules
• Experience in SAFe Agile
• Experience in creating user stories in particular for data products
• Domain Experience in healthcare insurance industry is Mandatory
