- Manage nonprofit projects related to Grant Management, Volunteer Management, and Gift in Kind
- Capture business needs and deliver technology solutions to support business needs
- Plan, budget, monitor and report on the project with project management tools
- Ensure sound scope of the project and report regularly on project progress
- Manage clients effectively, sometimes pitching the project idea or being assigned to it once it's already approved
- Strong project management skills with experience in nonprofit organizations
- Familiarity with Grant Management, Volunteer Management, and Gift in Kind
- Excellent client management skills with ability to capture and understand business needs
- Ability to plan, budget, monitor and report on the project
- Strong communication skills to report project progress effectively
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
