- Maintain and support technology projects or workstreams from discovery and project initiation through to implementation serving as a Project Manager / Business Analyst.
- Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources.
- Identify, track, and manage risks and issues throughout the project working to define a path to resolution.
- Follow project progress and report project status to stakeholders utilizing project management best practices and tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders for regular status reporting and on escalations.
- Engage directly with business partners to determine business requirements and develop new processes to improve efficiency. Develop and implement process improvement recommendations to satisfy business unit functions and goals.
- Work with key stakeholders (including external software vendor) to understand and analyze workflows, processes, data, reporting needs and other technical issues associated with application software.
- Coordinate with external software vendor and internal teams to ensure business requirements are met through timely software delivery, testing and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration (or related field) required
- 3+ years of IT Project Management experience
- PMP Preferred
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall technology delivery teams
- Demonstrated QA / Testing experience highly preferred (Automated, Load Testing, Unit Testing, Test Scripts, Testing Strategy, etc)
- Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality
- Ticketing Operations / Front gate / Admissions experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25%-30% range
