Job Title: IT Software Engineer – ICLLocation: 250 14th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30332Duration: 12 Months Required Skills:- Design, test, and develop computer software in order to meet requirements.
- Develop and maintain kernel and user-level software and scripts.
- Contribute to research reports, white papers, and competitive proposals.
Additional Responsibilities- ServiceNow design and development
- Establish and maintain metrics, KPIs, and other reporting.
- Provide configuration, customization, and automation using ServiceNow's best practices.
- Create and maintain business rules, script includes, and scoped applications using Studio.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and testing of the service portal and widgets.
- Collaborate with the sponsor to create, update, and publish reports and dashboards.
- Participate in ongoing production and end-user support.
- Contribute to and maintain internal technical documentation.
- Assist with system administration tasks related to update sets, patches, and upgrades.
- Participate in ServiceNow team collaboration, working sessions, and research.
Required Minimum Qualifications- 2+ years of software development experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications- Active Secret Clearance
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems, Health IT standards, policies, and best practices is a strong plus.
