Equal Plus Consulting has been engaged to search for an IT Systems Analyst III – Desktop Support to work on-site for a client based in Lawrenceville, GA.Title: IT Systems Analyst III – Desktop SupportStart Date: ASAPTerm: thru 12/2022Location: Lawrenceville, GA – on-siteCandidates must be local and be able to interview and work onsiteLocal candidates preferred The IT Systems Analyst III creates a positive customer service experience and builds strong customer relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress and handling customers with an exceptionally professional attitude. The IT Systems Analyst III serves as a Tier 1 desk side support to internal customers. The position will work on a project team as a resource that is responsible for the removal of obsolete hardware and the deployment of new mobile laptops and monitors. Skills and Experience Required: 3+ years of experience working in a desktop support or laptop configuration and deployments3+ years of troubleshooting/fixing Windows 103+ years of Microsoft 365 Apps for Business Deployments2+ years of customer service experience (desktop support)Must be reliable and consistent in job performanceMust have understanding and working knowledge of ITILMust have strong critical thinking skills, customer service, and a can-do attitudeMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsVital in identifying, researching and resolving complex technical issuesProficiency in resolving end-user software application, PC and web browser errors Education:A college degree in technical subject such as Information Technology or equivalent experienceCertification:Comp TIA A+
