Java Developer

Location: Atlanta GA

Onsite only, No remote. Single point of contact for customer issues or escalations.

Interact and coordinate with business in understanding the new functionalities to enrichment to the applications.

To provide high quality Technical support for the suite of Applications and services, to achieve the delivery of agreed levels of services to Client

Take ownership of Customer issues and to see problems through to resolution

Able to multi- task and manage multiple demands and projects within deadlines

Conduct analysis, suggest work around, communicate to stakeholders and drive resolution

Align service to changing Business needs by identifying and implementing improvements that support Business processes.

Coordinate with offshore team for day-to-day deliverables.

Candidate should have experience on: -

Should have prior experience on production support of enterprise applications

Client facing role and business interactions

Should have working experience in AWS cloud and services

Java Spring boot, JDBC,

Database (Oracle 19c),

Understanding of Agile framework

Understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker

Working knowledge of Application monitoring tools like NewRelic, Splunk
