Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for a JIRA Front End Administrator to support the DMAC AMD Team of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The JIRA Front End Administrator is responsible for configuring and managing an organization’s instance of JIRA, a popular issue and project tracking tool. Gather Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes and identify ways to optimize and improve JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket configurations.

Application Support: Provide support for JIRA and Confluence to both IT teams and other business units.

Evaluate Plug-Ins: Collaborate with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, and configuration of these plug-ins.

Design Workflows: Utilize design skills to define JIRA workflows and related screen schemes for complex and high-impact projects.

Customization: Implement custom XML-based JIRA gadgets and configure JIRA plugins as required.

Documentation: Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks.

Create Projects and Reports: Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports as needed.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree.

Required: Must have an active CDC badge.
