We’re a fast-growing tax and CFO advisory firm helping business owners — especially in the trucking and construction industries — keep more of what they earn. We’re hiring motivated Tax Preparers and an experienced Tax Reviewer to help us serve 400+ clients this season.

Seasonal Tax Preparer

Commitment: January – April 2026

Compensation: Per-return or hourly + incentive

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate 1040, Schedule C, 1120-S, and 1065 returns

Review client docs and TaxDome organizers for completeness

Apply current IRS rules to maximize compliance & savings

Communicate with clients professionally and meet deadlines

Qualifications

1+ years tax prep experience preferred (students welcome)

PTIN required before start date (we’ll guide you if needed)

Familiarity with ProConnect, Drake, or similar software helpful

Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
