Laboratory Technician (Concrete)

The Concrete Laboratory Technician is responsible for conducting quality control/assurance testing on specific construction products and materials.  This role consists of physical labor, fabrication of samples, testing of samples, and recording of data.  This could include mixing and batching of concrete, cement, epoxies, coatings, steel, aggregates, and/or consumer products testing.  Shoveling and mixing concreatePerform fabrication of test samples (weigh ingredients and mix using the mixer).Clean and assemble mold or special equipmentPerform testing in accordance with applicable standardsProvide technical advice on testing techniques and solutionsAdhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.
