Position at NICE
Language Model Engineer Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1yr bash, python, or equivalent script development, deployment, and execution
- 2yrs windows experience with remote access and dos shell
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge and interest in foreign languages and linguistics
- Basic SQL & any database experience
- Technical writing skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence (or other ALM)
- Familiarity with source control packages and methodology

- Development & maintenance of scripts/tools to automate both new model production and updates to existing model packages
- Maintaining documentation of processes and projects across all supported languages & environments
- Learning new tools and model types as they become developed.
- Working with developers to help design automation and tools improvements for model building.
