- Working with GP business and IT teams that are both India-based and US-based
- Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope
- Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable.
- Assess a project’s Functional feasibility, as well as implementation risks.
- Responsible for designing and implementing a project’s Functional footprint
- Define the structure of a system and its interfaces
- Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and solution designed
- Facilitate Design and Development, test and implement solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes
- Needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the functional solution as well as robust business knowledge.
- Responsible for the end-to-end solution, including the integration
- Understand and document integration points impacting areas of responsibilities.
- Work with stake holders to document user acceptance, test criteria, and conduct validation activities
- Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
- Work with stake holders to define configuration and enhancement requirements for the tools. Minimum of 5 years IT experience
- Understanding of other modules of M3 like Order Management and fundamentals of MFG, MRP and Finance is an added advantage
- Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies
- Ability to develop/update Functional requirements / Specifications
