I need a very Senior guy who can mentor NOT manager Jr. Developers. Really, they just need to be able to communicate well and sit in on Manager meetings to report changes in the project and task for the team. They do not Manage anyone though. Find someone with 8 years of experience or so. IF they can do code review, that’s a bonus.
