- Five (5) years of Lead experience in performance testing and engineering with hands-on experience in Rational Performance Testing (RPT) along with strong technical knowledge is a must
- Eight (8) years of web development experience which includes the programming/ development of web applications
- Eight (8) years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJB, Spring
- Experience in QA Automation Testing
- Good communication skills.
