Job Description:8+ years of experience doing SQL Server related work doing some of the following:

SQL Server installation & configuration in production environments using best practices
SQL Server assessments, health checks, performance analysis and security audits
Backup & maintenance configuration
Monitoring database servers and responding to alerts
Database migrations and/or database server consolidations
Right-sizing VM for SQL Server
Performance tuning databases and long running queries
Stored procedure development
Availability Group & failover cluster configuration
SSRS report development
ETL development using SSIS
Configure Azure SQL databases, elastic pools, and managed instances
Advanced SQL syntax
Data warehouse design using star-schema and/or snowflake methodologies
Alerting configuration in SQL Server Agent
Parallelism settings tuning
Replication and/or log shipping configuration
Virtual machine configuration in VMware and/or Hyper-V
Windows clustering configuration
Disk and network performance evaluation
