The Microsoft and Google Solutions and Licensing Specialist is a sales support position assisting both Inside and Outside sales teams with Microsoft and Google products and licensing advice, mainly within the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Open Value Agreements and Google Workspace licensing. The Microsoft and Google Solutions Licensing Specialist will assist in pre-sales licensing and quoting, as well as post-sales follow-ups to ensure proper licensing, keys, billing, etc. This Microsoft and Google Specialist will report to the Subscription Services Manager Assist Outside Sales Reps and BDMs with Customer Calls and Meetings about Microsoft and Google Solutions and Licensing Develop and Maintain Relationships with key Microsoft and Google Field Sales and Partner Representatives Collaborate with Microsoft and Google Pre-sales Engineers on Services Opportunities and proper Licensing Assist Inside Sales Reps with Quoting of Microsoft and Google Licensing, both Cloud and On-Premise (CSP, Open Value, Google Workspace) Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with Customer License Reviews Develop and Maintain Relationships with Microsoft and Google Distributors and Strategic Partners Management of Microsoft and Google Sales Opportunities and Forecasting Management and Maintenance of Customers License Agreements, including Annual Payments, Monthly Payments, and Annual Commitments Assist CSMs and Engineers with Microsoft and Google Support Tickets Attend Microsoft and Google Training Sessions and Understand Policy, Program, and Process Changes to Licensing Programs Assist Sales Reps and Customers with Changes to Licensing Programs Experience with Microsoft and Google Workspace; training paths will be provided Research Customer Questions regarding Licensing, Rules, Product and Online Services Terms

Required Skills and Qualifications Software Licensing and Presales IT Experience (Existing MS licensing experience preferred and Google training available) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong planning, forecasting, and organization skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong research and problem-solving skills Ability to understand complex licensing rules, requirements, and restrictions Ability to be self-sufficient, motivated, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment and a large volume of requests Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
