The division develops and produces mobile emissions catalysts as well as process catalysts and offers precious metals trading, recycling and related products and services.In this position, you will be using normally available resources such as process orders, procedures and notes to be able to address the following items. Memorization is not required or expected. Each section must be signed off after it is fully completed. Sections can be completed in any order as chosen by the operator. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.During your shift as a Loadout Clay Unloader, you will

Complete Safety shift inspection checklists for the inside area and at #1 & 2 blenders.

Work as a team to insure all the Shift Safety inspections are completed. Operate all load out systems, blenders, clay unloading systems and any other equipment needed to perform the Load out/Clay unloading jobs with the Wonderware DCS system.

Direct, assist and perform all duties associated with all loadout systems, Blenders, Clay unloading systems, connecting railcars, backing trucks into position to unload and load, making minor repairs to equipment and any other work associated with the Load out/Clay unloading operation.

Work as a Team with the outside operator to accomplish these tasks. Work to troubleshoot blenders and loadout systems and other equipment as needed.

Schedule and direct truck drivers from the staging areas and truck stops using telephones, CB radio and plant radios, including properly spotting trucks per procedures.

Perform any duties as required by assigned Team Leader or member of Management. Routinely participate in area housekeeping audits with Team Leaders and Management. Follow direction from Blend coordinators notes and interact with Blend coordinator as needed.

Understand, monitor and operate within process safety operational guidelines and report process safety incidents. Complete process safety training as required by company.
