Prepare and distribute daily terminal reports and purchase order (PO) shipping reports with accuracy and timeliness.Monitor vessel schedules and proactively communicate any delays, changes, or updates with steamship lines and customers.Act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and external carriers to ensure clear and effective communication.Support customer service by addressing inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records and documentation.Assist in troubleshooting logistics issues and recommending improvements to processes.Perform other administrative and logistics-related tasks as assigned.
