I am looking for someone with the required number of years to take the construction general contractor test and GA law test. Successful passing of the license test will result in automatic promotion to foreman/superintendent.
Personal and experience requirements
Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or a qualified alien.
Experience:
Meet one of the following: a four-year degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, architecture) or at least four years of documented work experience in construction, with at least two years as a general contractor, and one year in project management or a related area.
Must have significant responsibility for completing at least two projects within the residential-basic category in the two years prior to applying.
Character: Must pass a background check to show good moral character.
Examination requirements
Two exams: You must pass both the NASCLA General Building Contractor exam and the Georgia Business & Law exam.
Passing grade: A score of at least 70% is required for both tests.
