Maintenance & Cleaning Technician

We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to help keep our properties clean, safe, and in good working order. This position handles basic repairs, routine cleaning, and day-to-day support for building operations.

Responsibilities

Complete general repairs on property

Handle work orders and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

Clean common areas, offices, restrooms, and exterior spaces.

Keep grounds free of trash and debris.

Assist with seasonal tasks like pressure washing and light groundskeeping.

Report safety issues, property damage, and needed repairs.

Track completed work and help maintain supply inventory.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance, cleaning, or building upkeep preferred.

Basic repair skills and ability to use common tools.

Good attention to detail and reliability.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
