Maintenance & Handyman for apartment complex

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a 40+ unit property close to Downtown Savannah. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled, and has strong experience with HVAC and plumbing.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, and general maintenance issues

Complete unit turns: painting, drywall repairs, minor carpentry, cleaning, and appliance troubleshooting

Perform landscaping and basic grounds upkeep

Complete work orders quickly and professionally

Maintain common areas, exterior property, and equipment

Communicate with management about repairs, materials, and preventative maintenance

Requirements

Proven residential or multi-family maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing repairs

Experience with electrical troubleshooting, painting, landscaping, and unit turns

Reliable transportation

Punctual, organized, and able to work independently

Basic tools required

Verifiable references required

Preferred

Experience in multi-family housing

Location: Savannah, GA

Schedule: Full-time
