Maintenance technician

We have an open position of maintenance technician in one of our office building we service in Duluth. Its a Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Must be little handy with basic knowledge of tools. Be able to lift 50lb, speak English. You will be working as an assistant of head maintenance guy and property manager.
