Maintenance Technician – HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Unit Turns

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong, proven track record in residential property maintenance. This is a hands-on role at a 44 unit complex located just outside of Downtown Savannah, ideal for someone who is skilled, reliable, and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, and general maintenance

Perform unit turns including painting, drywall repairs, cleaning, minor carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting

Handle landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and basic grounds upkeep

Complete work orders promptly, accurately, and professionally

Maintain common areas, exterior property, and equipment

Communicate regularly with management regarding repair status, materials, and preventative maintenance needs

Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets quality standards

Requirements:

Proven track record in residential or multi-family property maintenance

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general repairs

Experience with painting, landscaping, basic carpentry, and unit turnovers

Reliable transportation; able to travel to the property consistently

Punctual, organized, and professional work habits

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Basic tools required

Verifiable references required

Preferred:

Experience in multi-family housing and property management

Schedule: Full-time
