JOB TITLE: M&A Business Intelligence Analyst JOB ID: 46782-1 DURATION: 6 monthsHOURS: StandardLOCATION: Atlanta GA 30328Job Description :We are looking for a M&A Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible to help us extract and analyze new datasets by engaging in all stages of the business intelligence development lifecycle: understanding the business needs, collecting business requirements and transforming them into data requirements, designing and developing reports for different workstreams, and scheduling and deployment of business intelligence components by aligning them with the BI Program Increments.Job responsibilities:• Understand the business functions, identify the KPIs and goals based on business needs that need to be tracked, and reported.• Take over the existing reporting processes by understanding what business function they support.• Extract and analyze data generated by user activity on web applications.• Explore and make recommendations for tools and strategies that improve increase the efficiency and capabilities of our analytics processes.• Explore and make recommendations for self-service techniques for recurring tasks.• Review and validate statistics and reports with business units. Help to derive insights and recommendations that will increase the quality of users' experiences.• Write SQL scripts, Procedures, Functions and Packages and file transfer techniques to consolidate data into reports and knowledge.• Manage communication and stakeholder expectations.• Use Microsoft tools such as excel or Power BI to manipulate date.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor''s degree with major course work in engineering, physics, computer sciences, math, information systems, statistics, or equivalent related experience.• 5+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence or data analysis fields.• Data query using SQL, experience working on RDBMS and access databases.• Proficient in MS Office Tools such as excel in using features such as pivots and charts.Preferred Skills:• Hands on experience working on access databases.• Experience with SQL automation tools.• Experience with data visualization tools.
