- Is responsible for quality assurance of deliverables and methodology compliance.
- Makes decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc.).
- Collaborate, and communicate with the other groups internally and externally.
Required Qualifications: - 2+ years managing Software Engineering teams
- 6+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering using C#, C/C, Java, or other object-oriented language
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking capabilities.
- Clear communication skills and demonstrated customer empathy.
- Passionate and collaborative team player with drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- Experience with distributed computing: Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms highly desirable.
