Description: This position will be the Supervisor for the Replenishment Center Operations (RCO) Chemical/Paint Management team. This position must interface with functional counterparts across all programs ensuring timely responses of needed hazardous chemicals, sealants, and paints. This position is responsible for advising upper management for the status of work progress, material availability, and potential problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.This position involves the following: (1) Oversee all aspects on the storage, mixing, stocking, issuing, and handling of hazardous materials, sealants, and paints in support of both Production and Flight Line Operations. (2) Provides direction of daily operations to Material Crib Attendants in order to meet cost and schedule deliverables. (3) Responsible for developing work assignments, coordinating and scheduling subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training and recognition/disciplinary actions. (4) Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, as well as able to ensure compliance with multiple regulations and reporting requirements are met. (5) Regularly interface with, but not limited to M&P Engineering, ESH, Production Control, Production, Quality, as well as serve as an Integrator between Lockheed Martin and a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Provider in Chemicals and Paint representing the Replenishment Center Operations (RCO).Preferred individual will be a self-motivated, quick learner with demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.What’s In It For YouOur employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually.
