environmental permitting for coastal or waterfront projects for major

clients which include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Coast

and beyond. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this

position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

Fieldwork that may include site investigations, surveys, data

collection, monitoring, and construction oversight Numerical modeling

using industry leading one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and

three-dimensional software Preparation of design calculations such as

the minimum stable rock size, scour potential, wave forces, coastal

processes, and material volumes Preparation of construction

documentation (i.e., preparation of plans, technical specifications,

design reports and construction schedules and budgets) What you will

bring to the team: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Coastal

Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Environmental

Engineering EIT certification, or ability to obtain it Working

knowledge of coastal design software (i.e., ArcMap GIS, AutoCAD or

Civil3D) Experienced in data analysis and related software (i.e.,

Excel, MATLAB, R, Python, etc.) Familiarity with technical standards

and developments within the industry Strong written and verbal

communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and

independently Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as
