Mature, Dependable Customer Service Representative Printing & Sign Co

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team (for Printing, Signs and Shirts)! You will be responsible for customer service, selling products and services as well as making shirts, signs and other products. No experience needed, we will train you. Looking for someone dependable and wants a change to a rewarding industry and learn new skills! No nights! No weekends! Off major holidays!

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs

Explain products and services to customers

Enter and process customer orders

Adobe InDesign experience is a plus

Qualifications:

Must have great Customer Service skills

Previous experience in sales is helpful

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
