AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Mechanical Fueling Engineer IV (Fueling Engineer) for our Fueling Program located in Atlanta, Georgia.  This role will consist of providing aviation and ground fuel system design for federal and commercial clients across the country and internationally.   Projects include tanker truck fuel receipt, marine vessel fuel receipt, aboveground and underground transfer pipelines, aboveground and underground horizontal and vertical fuel storage tanks, and aircraft and tanker truck fuel issue systems.  Projects will also include ground vehicle refueling systems such as fleet and retail service stationsResponsibilities of the Fueling Engineer will include but are not limited to the following:Serve as discipline designer leader on projects that include an emphasis on receipt, storage, transfer, and issue of finished fuel products such as aviation jet fuel, diesel, ethanol, and motor gasoline.  Development of discipline specific design execution plans for assigned projects. Completion of projects on schedule and within the established budgets and for ensuring that all discipline specific contract requirements have been met. Assist in training and supervision of work of junior engineers conducting fuel system design work.    Work and coordinate with multidiscipline engineering teams including civil, structural, and electrical engineers focusing on fuel system projects.
