Develops all publication elements for all levels of maintenance for a new or fielded major equipment system.
Develops data mining techniques for workgroup use.
Monitors performance to project plans and budgets and takes action to meet projects objectives.
Leads customer technical and program reviews and resolves identified discrepancies.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years’ experience of product support
Experience in Technical Publication Development and Training
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field
Strong knowledge of aircraft and support requirements
Proven ability of working well with customers internal and external
Interpret Engineering Drawings
Independently coordinate with cross-functional teams
Typical Education/Experience:Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
