Are you a skilled machine operator with experience in woodworking or millwork production? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Millwork Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll operate specialized woodworking machinery to create high-quality custom millwork products for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate millwork machinery such as Edge bander, CNC routers, Beam saw, Sanders, and planers

Set up machines and calibrate settings to meet precise measurements and specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders

Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues

Work collaboratively with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in millwork or woodworking machine operation preferred

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Comfortable lifting materials and standing for extended periods

Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment
