Level 2Description:General Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service- Learn and maintain relevant training on portal operations- Conduct job duties in a timely and productive manner- Prepare reports related to mobile procurement- Ensures compliance with all company procedures and guidelines including Code of Business Conduct and EthicsLocation Specific:- Oversee all mobile device orders within the region- Assist with carrier invoice escalations- Submit invoices for our Company's processing- Resolution of escalations- Ordering devices from third party vendors within region- Manage the ordering and distribution of third party accessories within regionDesired skillsets:- Knowledge of how mobile carrier contracts work- Experience with ordering technology equipment and specifically Mobile devices- Experience with working through logistics as it relates to disbursement of technology assets- Knowledge of Apple and Android mobile devices- Knowledge of mobile device offeringsKey Takeaways:- Ensure all orders/transactions are recorded in the Mobile Device Management Portal- Act as a liaison between the portal supplier and mobile carriers and /or end users- Asset Management of spare pool inventory- Identify and escalate priority issues- 2-3 years of experience of Excel
