PLEASE NOTE: This role is able to sit out of Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC. You must be able to commit to 3 days onsite per week. Description:The Sr Operations Leader will be responsible for and contribute to the following areas:

Lead the CAB team, facilitating network change reviews and approvals of maintenance activities organization-wide to minimize service disruptions.

Oversee alert management systems to ensure timely response and resolution of operational issues.

Conduct operational readiness testing for all new systems and changes to existing systems.

Provide operations input to all project stages, ensuring operational requirements are met.

Regularly review and improve process workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Maintain a functional understanding of NOC activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Oversee the management of a hybrid workforce, ensuring productivity and consistent engagement.

Evaluate operational tools for effectiveness and suitability for the organization's needs.

Implement and maintain an automated tool suite, refining solutions to streamline operations.

Utilize Python coding skills to drive operational tool enhancements (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on NOC environments.

Demonstrated experience in change management, alert management, and operational procedures.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team and hybrid worker management.

Proficiency in evaluating operational tools and implementing automation solutions.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

US.citizen

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with automation tooling such as Jenkins and Ansible (preferred).

Experience with automation tooling such as Jenkins and Ansible (preferred).

Python coding skills are highly desirable (preferred)

Managed a NOC or worked in a NOC (preferred)

T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon (preferred)
