Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues. Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic. Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to; registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations, and other related duties. Assist the Practice Manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times. Assist the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes. Assist the Practice Manager to facilitate training of new hires and other training initiatives. Provide direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
