America's Value Channel in Atlanta, GA is looking for an On-Screen Graphics Operator. The person filling this role will be tasked with producing our on-screen graphics during our live broadcasts using our proprietary software. America's Value Channel produces over 8 hours of live national and international content per day, and the on-screen graphics operator is the last line of defense of the on-screen inf before it hits the air. We are seeking an individual who can execute the transformation and growth of our visual product in the ever-changing world of television.

Job Description:

The On-Screen Graphics Operator works with Techincal Director to ensure accuracy on all on-screen graphics during our live shows. Position will operate our proprietary software on a windows computer and associated peripherals. The candidate must be able to use a windows computer, keyboard, and mouse. Work professionally as a part of a cohesive team within specific time constraints. This position is also required to get the basic audio equipment ready at the start of each show.

Requirements: Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot, self-starter, detail-oriented, and good organizational skills. Must have the ability to prioritize, work under daily deadline pressure, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Interviewees must be proficient in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. A bachelor’s degree from a university or college is preferred. Any experience in a television station is a plus.

We will provide paid training on our systems. Will have a set schedule that includes weekends and evenings. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
