Online Sales & Fulfillment Associate

We are a fast-growing appliance parts and wholesale company looking for a detail-oriented eBay Listings & Order Fulfillment Associate to support our online sales operations.

This role combines computer-based listing work with hands-on warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping eBay orders. If you like organized work, learning systems, and seeing orders go out correctly and on time — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

eBay Listings

-Create and publish eBay listings for appliance parts and accessories

-Enter accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and condition details

-Upload product photos (we provide templates and training)

-Research part numbers, models, and compatibility when needed

-Follow listing SOPs and quality standards

-Order Fulfillment (Pick & Pack)

-Pick eBay orders from warehouse shelves and bins

-Pack items securely for shipping (small parts to medium boxes)

-Print shipping labels and update order status

-Ensure accuracy (right item, right order, right condition)

-Assist with inventory organization and bin labeling

-Warehouse Support

-Help receive and sort incoming parts

-Maintain clean and organized work areas

-Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory checks

Requirements

-Basic computer skills (typing, file uploads, navigating websites)

-Comfortable using a computer for several hours per day

-Ability to lift up to 10–20 lbs occasionally

-Strong attention to detail

-Reliable, punctual, and organized

-Able to follow step-by-step instructions and SOPs
