Role and Responsibilities

Preferred Skills
  • Technical Skills required including but not limited to
  • Extensive Experience on Nexthink Tool Administration (SaaS)
  • Good Knowledge on Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh OS
  • Understanding of Citrix and other remote/virtual desktop technologies
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell or any other scripting language
  • Extensive experience on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on Experience with different ITSM tools like ServiceNOW, BMC Remedy etc.
This role is required to:
  • Responsible for validating and/or gathering requirements (due diligence) from the business stakeholders
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and stability issues related to Devices and Application
  • Creating Proactive Incidents and to prepare daily, weekly and Monthly custom reports & dashboards
  • Tracking usage and compliance of the software licenses, continuously measure end-user satisfaction, IT consumption based on usage metrics
  • Proactive analysis of compliance factors like Non-corporate Antivirus tracking, Corporate Antivirus availability, Information Security regulation, Insider threats, Identify high threat binaries
  • Deploying OTB scripts for remediating systems issues like less disk space, cleaning temporary files, extracting information for high impact Startup applications, etc. through Act & Engage
  • Work with multiple stakeholders in different functions such as IT Security, IT Operations and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases where Nexthink can add value
  • Identify Top Call Drivers & explore opportunity with Nexthink to reduce the Incident count
  • Enabling Service Desk to trigger One Click Remote Actions via ServiceNow
  • Providing new insights to integrate Nexthink with existing solutions and internal processes
  • Providing actionable insights to customers and automation opportunities
  • Maintenance of Nexthink servers in terms of product upgrades and healthy consoles
  • Analyzing and benchmarking customer's data-set to drive insights for ongoing operations
  • Providing new insights to integrate Nexthink with existing solutions and internal processes
  • Analyzing customer requirements, goals, strategic plans and constraint in order to advice the best possible use of Nexthink
  • Providing actionable insights to customers and automation opportunities
  • To enable the new features of SaaS that include the implementation and operationalization of APEX Module
  • Closely work with management, Application owners, vendors, and other stakeholders to analyze and make recommendations on observations from Nexthink.
  • Conduct Lunch and Learn session with key stake holder to increase the adoption of the Tool
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in delivering EUC/DWP services
  • Should have worked and be open to work in a 24x7 environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end users, business owners, developers and various levels of management
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to consolidate data to provide easily understandable deliverables
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to accomplish aggressive project goals when necessary
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, Dynamic environment and developing flexible solutions to meet evolving business requirements
  • Thorough understanding of End user Compute portfolio and products with the ability to deliver detailed technical documentation
