- 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or logistics is highly preferred, with other relatable experiences applicable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
- Advanced skills in Excel/VBA, SQL, Python, Access and Power BI.
- High level of business acumen and communication and presentation skills throughout varying levels of the organization, from line-level employees up to the C-suite.
- Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and change, with the ability to support multiple projects and business functions concurrently.
- This role requires excellent analytical abilities, business acumen and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Creates and analyzes reports, dashboards and KPIs to monitor and support business execution.
- Regularly analyzes cost and performance, identifies problems (root cause) and develops recommendations.
- Solves problems by considering courses of action within company's core values and departmental goals.
- Develops and maintains cost estimates, forecasts and cost models.
- Supports annual budgeting by analyzing and applying micro and macroeconomic trends.
- Uses critical thinking to design and implement business tools and solutions to support the US Operations functions.
- Acts as a primary interface with IT, acting as Operations SME for systems development and implementation.
- Investigates and implement improved data collection and analytical tools to support Operations
- Performs ad-hoc queries and maintains reports from various resources to support department and organizational needs.
- Maintains data integrity through data mining, modeling and analysis.
- Supports additional projects and activities as necessary.
- Responsible for enabling effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable insights.
