- must have Oracle Payroll implementation experience as a Payroll Lead.
- Looking for 3+ implementations with Oracle Payroll.
- Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards
- Techno-Functional knowledge in Oracle HR , Payroll, Absence , Leave Management and Core HR/Benefits
- Hands-on configuration working with functional set up manager in payroll and across Cloud modules
- Detailed understanding of Oracle Payroll processes and best practices
- developing functional specifications for integrations and experience with fast formulas, costing, balance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, plan and organize.
