Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for the holistic Product Master Data Management technical designSupport Oracle Product Hub (Oracle Fusion cloud Product) project team delivery efforts for Master Data Management by developing common MDM application objects and data integration routines (i.e. hierarchies, attributes/properties, export/import routines, validations, business rules, workflows, UIs, restful APIs).Work with business users and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver master data solutions for Item/Product master; Employ best practices in the designCreate Item/Product master data model to fulfil the needs of the overall supply-chain applicationsMaintain configuration documentation for Oracle Product Data Hub;Configure Oracle Product Data Hub along with Data Security for full access; limited access; view-only accessProduce data mappings between legacy and Fusion master list of values; Provide guidance on data cleansing in legacy environments; Create data conversion designs and data validation processes; coordinate data conversion/validationCreate training documentation; Train Master Data Management team on processes related to new product introduction; product maintenance and sunsetting)Coordinate and Administer MDM deployments and migrations between environmentsIt is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed. This role requires 100% travel flexibility to travel and work onsite with clients (typically Monday - Thursday)

Experience And QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.Minimum 7 - 10 years experience working with OPHPossesses end to end implementation experience and Hands-on experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (Oracle Fusion product).Has strong expertise on the business processes and best practices with the following areas (individually and cross-functionally) that closely related to Items/products:Inventory Management (items, Kits, MRO, product Categories)Sales Order Management (Customer, Items, Kits)Basic Financials (Customers, Suppliers)Implementation experience and strong expertise and best practices with master data management:Expertise on best practices related to functional master data domain – Items (products, MRO, etc.), product categories, etc.Hands on experience with configuration of various Product Data Hub components including Security roles; Data load process of Loading Master data into Product Data HubExperience with Data quality management; data governance; data consolidation and data standardization; Share-ability of data across business divisions; Reporting/Business IntelligenceAbility to perform data analysis and provide guidance on data cleansing approaches
