- Verify estimated ship dates, delivery timelines, and tracking information for open orders.
- Work closely with distribution on open purchase orders, expediting, RMAs and general questions on project times.
- Obtain PODs and POEs for all shipped and invoiced orders.
- Work with finance team to prioritize documentation needs for month-end invoicing
- Regulate receiving of inbound purchase orders from vendors and distributors. Verify product quantity, detail, and purchase price to ensure accuracy of received inventory.
- Manage RMA process including requests, logistics, and credits
- Build and develop positive relationships with the Account Teams:
- Timely and detailed communication
- Managing the day-to-day needs of a diverse customer base
- Utilize independent judgment and make decisions on matters of importance
- Manage internal and external resources to deliver on customer requirements.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, both internally and externally, by providing high touch, highly responsive customer service.
- Build strategic relationships with vendors and leverage those relationships when needed.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficient personal computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications
