Description Robert Half is seeking a commercial real estate paralegal to support an in-house legal department. This is an opportunity where you will be involved in various aspects of real estate transactions, client interactions, and document management.Responsibilities: Organize and maintain transactional documents and checklists effectively for real estate deals Manage estoppels and easements Monitor and manage upcoming real estate closings (avg. 3 deals per month) Liaise with banking institutions and adhere to their working hours Utilize software tools such as SharePoint and DropBox for efficient work coordination Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly Process client applications and maintain accurate client records Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planningRequirements Must have previous commercial deal experience Demonstrable understanding and application of Estoppels Familiarity with Easements and its applications in legal procedures Ability to draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of legal terminology and procedures Strong research skills to gather and analyze data on legal precedents Proficiency in using legal research software and MS Office Suite Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, lawyers, and court personnelRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
