PARALEGAL IIConnect Staffing, Inc. seeks aParalegal IIfor a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will perform support contracts manager to ensure all new contracts meet prescribed standards, existing agreements are being administered to contractual obligations, and profitability is being maximized for all agreements. Hourly rateup to $23.55/hr based on experience. Responsibilities include:Ensure MRO Services, DMS and DFP business process are compliant with regulatory and internal requirementsManage projects to streamline and improve business processesSupport the design and maintenance of MRO, DFP and DMS agreements to a standard by product line in order to reduce contract variationAssist Corporate Audit and Third Party Auditors for all business process and compliance mattersImplement and maintain service level agreements in accordance with contractual termsCoordinate communication and corrective action for MRO Services Team concerning IT solutions, QA findings, business processes, contracting matters, and FAA business mattersSupport effort to streamline and improve business processes for the MRO Services Team and for data sharing between other Internal Business UnitsCoordinate with local FAA Liaison and Delta Repair Station Team to ensure business processes are compliant with regulatory and internal requirementsMaintain working knowledge of business processes and business specific automation productsDevelop both strategic and tactical plans which create a safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-beingParticipate as core team member in contract negotiations and closing new sales opportunities Develops highly effective cross-divisionalQualifications:3 years of Paralegal or contracts experienceProven experience either in negotiating or developing contractsProven track record of problem solving skills and ability to use analytical tools is requiredExperience implementing lean, six sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly preferredExperience leading successful large scale departmental or organization projectsMust be highly proficient in written and oral communications and be able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentationsDemonstrated experience in managing complex processes within cross-functional teamsAbility to manage and execute multiple priorities in a timely mannerOnly candidates authorized to work in the U.S. with relevant experience need apply.
