Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a national electronics and technical company who is seeking a part-time, Help Desk Technician (Tier 1) to join their team. This position is 100% onsite; selected candidate will work Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Length of assignment is approximately 1 year. Responsibilities:

  • Take initial telephone or email inquiries
  • Troubleshoot relatively simple hardware, software, or network problems
  • Recognize and escalate more difficult problems to Tier 2 support
  • Log call activity

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • 1+ years of previous experience with help desk support
  • Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems
