Job Summary/Company:Sparks Group has partnered with a national electronics and technical company who is seeking a part-time, Help Desk Technician (Tier 1) to join their team. This position is 100% onsite; selected candidate will work Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Length of assignment is approximately 1 year. - Troubleshoot relatively simple hardware, software, or network problems
- Recognize and escalate more difficult problems to Tier 2 support
- Log call activity
Qualifications/Background Profile:- 1+ years of previous experience with help desk support
- Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems
