Description Seeking a Partner to join an insurance defense litigation law firm in NW Atlanta. Will be tasked with handling insurance defense litigation and related tasks. Handle insurance defense litigation cases from inception through trial Represent clients in premises liability disputes Manage products liability cases and motor vehicle accidents claims Provide legal advice on insurance coverage matters Develop effective defense strategies and represent clients in court Coordinate with other team members to ensure effective case management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and industry developments Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of case progress Draft legal documents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Requirements Proven expertise in Insurance Defense Litigation. Active GA license in good standing Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Insurance Defense. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and management abilities. Must have a problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking abilities. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Must have a strong understanding of business and financial strategies. Must be able to adapt to changing business environments and challenges.
