 Turner and Townsend is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the United States payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Coordinator will be expected to process full cycle payroll and generate payroll reports while communicating with the team. Working in-person from our Atlanta office is required a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities:Processing payroll including calculating, verifying, and processing payroll checks, timesheets, and pay memos for hourly employeesManaging payroll records by maintaining employee payroll files and keeping payroll data up to date while ensuring financial confidentialityEnsuring payroll complies with company policies, government regulations, and tax obligationsProcessing other financial compensations such as annual bonuses and severance payCoordinating with the human resources team regarding changes in payroll such as terminations and new hiresProcessing leaver emails and related offboarding documentationServing as the first point of contact for employees with payroll-related questionsCollaborating with other departments and external offices, including tax authorities and regulatory bodiesSupporting internal and external audits in coordination with other departmentsPerforming any other tasks as assigned
