Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
  • working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • experience researching, analyzing and interpreting automated system problems
  • knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
  • MS Office suite knowledge/Experience
