Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an executive. This role demands an individual who excels in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments.Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams or external clients.
