Personal Injury Pre-Suit Case Manager

Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm seeks experienced Pre-Suit Case manager.

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Intake of new cases;

2. Tracking and documenting client's medical treatment;

3. Make first reports of claims to insurance companies;

4. Obtain documents from clients and insurance companies to move personal injury cases forward;

5. Request Records from Hospitals and other Medical Providers;

6. Prepare Settlement Demand Packages;

7. Negotiate reductions of medical bills with providers;

8. Draft Closing Statements;

9. Scan and File Documents into electronic file.

We are seeking candidates with top organizational and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have great attention to detail. SPANISH SPEAKING IS A NECESSITY. Submit resume.
