Job TitlePlant 4 - Seasonal CreelerPosition OverviewShaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creelers who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem-solving.We are currently looking to fill 8hr shift night openings. No prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Hang new lot numbers on each creel.

Strip, cut back and double or spot double creels.

Air splice or tie packages of yarn together.

Cap bad tubes when necessary.

Blowback yarn when necessary.

Properly complete R.T.I. labels.

Construct boxes for yarn.

Maintain recyclable material (cardboard, plastic, paper, etc.).

General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist floor supervisors as needed with any additional duties

Responsabilidades del Puesto:
